Today, Doug and I walked past a couple making out in their car. Full on, making out, I tell you. I said, "I can't believe they are doing that in broad daylight!" Doug: "I know, they should at least wait until twilight." He thinks he's funny.... and so do I.
Don't read if you haven't seen it! But I don't intend on revealing much anyway. I went last night with my old ward to Twilight. I saw the best shirt: My heart belongs to my husband, but my neck belongs to Edward. I didn't think I liked that much, but then Lisa called me today and we were swooning and laughing and loving it all over again and I realized I did really like it. They left out a couple important (to me) plot elements that I was disappointed about and they could have left out a couple cheesy parts and I thought the diamonds on the skin was REALLY creepy. It bugged. Anyway, I can't wait for the other movies and I'll probably buy this one when it comes out and I want to know what you thought?? Let's be honest, whether I liked it or not, I still walked away daydreaming about Edward didn't I?
Here is some of the crew with the fake cast, I am a nerd. I was really embarrassed to get my pic taken with them, but I wouldn't leave without doing it.
I know, Weston, I know. Three hours of church is WAY too long for me, too.

A Thanksgiving Poll
Whose chicken scratch drawing is a better representation of Thanksgiving and who is the artist behind each drawing, me or Doug?
In case you can't tell, that's an
Indian, or Native American, if you will, and the other is a turkey. There is, of course, a great story behind these pictures, but in order to prevent any bias in the poll, I will wait until the results are in to disclose it. See to the right to vote >>>

I loved the first BooK!! I am going to see the movie here in a couple days. I am on the seconf book right now and want to finish all of them! Good to know though that the movie was ok. And weston is SO adorable!
I went and saw the movie friday night. And I have to agree it was a little cheesy in some parts, I thought it was okay. I didn't think I would like Edward because of who they choose tp play the part but I have to say he definitly grew on me.
I agree, I loved the movie (cheesy parts and all) but I love cheesy!! Anyway, Edward totally grew on me but I didn't really like Jacob Black. Maybe he will grow on me if they do a second or third or hopefully fourth movie. So did they have people dress up like the characters at the movie theater? Interesting!
Hey- so fun to see you!!!! We will have to do more girls nights!! I wasn't expecting much from the movie because- how could it compare to the book? Anyway, it was way better than I thought it would be. I really didn't like edward, or Jacob, but everything else was great. The high schoolers were hallarious and wow- Carlisle!!!!(except for his bad makeup job!!) Anyways, I hope you are having a great week. Weston is such a cutie!!!!
No fair... our movie theater didn't have people dressed up as the cast. :) Must be a Utah thing. :) I personally really liked the movie! Of course, it was not as good as the book... they never are. Plus they had to crame a huge book into two hours, so of course a lot was left out. I thought jasper was so creepy looking and posessed... made me laugh everytime he came on screen. :) And Carlisle's makeup was a little awful, but other than that I liked it! I like cheesey though. :) I didn't like who they picked to play Edward, but by the middle of the movie, I was in love. :) Can't wait for the next 3 movies!
FYI...I skimmed the post, haven't seen the movie. Chap's taking me on date night this Wednesday...I'll be back to respond then =)
I loved the movie it was pretty cheesy especially with the whole theater filled with screaming teenager girls. I went to see it Friday and we had a lot of fun eating at olive Garden before hand.
